On Monday, 26 January 2026 the Legacies of Windrush exhibition closed down. Hosted by the Museum of Cambridge, the exhibition opened in April 2025 and was a resounding success.
The closing event was attended by the deputy Mayor of Cambridge, the Mayor of Cambridge herself and the Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridge to King Charles. Several Elders attended too.
