Legacies of Windrush closes
On Monday, 26 January 2026 the Legacies of Windrush exhibition closed down. Hosted by the Museum of Cambridge, the exhibition opened in April 2025 and was a resounding success. Legacies of Windrush opens
The Legacies of Windrush exhibition opens on Saturday, 26 April 2025. Hosted by the Museum of Cambridge, it will be open to the public until Monday, 26 January 2026 and will shine a light on the history of the Caribbean community from the Windrush generation in Cambridge.
2024 Windrush Tea Party
On Saturday, 23 June the African Caribbean Research Group celebrated the Windrush generation at a tea party in Cambridge. The event gave the opportunity to many members of the community to celebrate their generation and its achievements as well as its contribution to the UK.
